TD-929 Bactericidal Algicide

Performance and use:

This product is a new-type, high-yield, low-toxic broad-spectrum bactericidal algaecide that is composed of organic aldehyde, quaternary ammonium salt and fast penetrating agent. It has good bactericidal and algaecidal properties. Can be widely used in various types of closed or open industrial circulating cooling water system.

(1) The function of TD-929 is that it can cross-link chemical reactions with the amino groups on the cells, and it can inhibit the process of protein synthesis, allowing the internal structure of the protein to change and solidify, thereby exerting its bactericidal properties.

(2) Since TD-929 has the above sterilization characteristics, it is not easy for bacteria to produce drug resistance during use.

(3) The main component of TD-929 is organic aldehyde. Compared with the same quaternary ammonium salt, TD-929 has the characteristics of low freezing point, which solves the problem of difficult to use in winter.

(4) Compared with other non-oxidizing fungicides, this product has the characteristics of less foam, fast acting time and low toxicity.

(5) This product is suitable for the circulating cooling water system of oilfield water injection, petrochemical, medical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries. Because of its excellent slime stripping effect, it can be used for purification treatment of various types of heat exchangers and cooling towers.

(6) Use concentration: When used as a bactericide, TD-929 is used at a concentration of 80-100 mg/L. The TD-929 is used at a concentration of 200-300 mg/L for pipeline cleaning.
