Performance and use:

The solid active bromine product is an oxidizing antiseptic agent developed by our company on the basis of liquid active bromine products. Compared with liquid products, it has the following characteristics:

(1) The content of active ingredient is high, the dosage in the water system is small, the sterilization efficiency is high, and the treatment cost is low.

(2) Compared with liquid products, it has a long shelf life and does not reduce actives during the storage period.

(4) It is convenient to add and add, and the operation is simple. It is not necessary to mix A and B before adding it like liquid products.

(5) This product is a broad-spectrum fungicide, which has a high killing activity at low doses.

(6) The sterilization speed is faster than that of chlorine. Under the same conditions, the lethal dose of bacteria can reach 4 orders of magnitude in 5 minutes. This is a very effective bactericide for applications requiring rapid killing and impact treatment of circulating cooling water systems.

(7) In alkaline water, when the pH of the water system is greater than 8.0, it has stronger sterilization efficiency than chlorine gas.

(8) In ammonia-containing and nitrogen-containing water systems, especially in the ammonia plant, when ammonia leaks, chlorine reacts with ammonia to produce chloramine, which reduces the sterilization efficiency of chlorine. With this product, its sterilization efficiency Not affected.

(9) This product has good compatibility with some water stabilizers used in the water system, and has little effect on the use of scale inhibitors.    

  This product is widely used in industrial circulating cooling water, DC water, oil field water injection and paper mill wastewater treatment.
