TD-305 Scale Inhibitor

Performance and use     

This product consists of a variety of organic phosphonic acid, multi-component copolymers and corrosion inhibitors, etc. It is a multi-functional scale inhibitor. TD-305 can react with divalent metal ions in water, making insoluble matter in water less likely to settle, and keeping crystals in the range of very small particles to achieve solubilization. In addition, it also has lattice distortion and low limit inhibition, so it has excellent scale inhibition and dispersion properties for calcium carbonate.     

This product is mainly applied to the chemical treatment of circulating cooling water with high hardness and high alkalinity and water quality. It has obvious effect on preventing the copper tube fouling and copper dezincification of the condenser when operating at higher concentration and high pH conditions.
