Performance and use

This product is mainly composed of phosphonocarboxylic acid (PBTCA), sulfonated copolymer and zinc salt, among which PBTCA and copolymers can stabilize zinc at higher pH and prevent the zinc salt from precipitating as zinc in the form of zinc hydroxide on the metal surface. dirt. In addition, PBTCA and sulfonated copolymers also have excellent corrosion inhibition and excellent scale-inhibiting and dispersing properties. They prevent CaCO3 scale and Ca3(PO4)2 scale from precipitating, and also have good dispersion properties for iron oxides. The operation can form a thin and dense anti-corrosion film on the metal surface, thereby effectively inhibiting metal corrosion.

This product is developed by our company based on the characteristics of water quality in parts of southern China, and is suitable for corrosive water quality corrosion inhibitors with a total alkalinity of less than 30mg/L (calculated as CaCO3).
